The indieREMOTE is the perfect pocket-sized hand-controller for indieDICE.

When used on set, in an OB Van or in a studio, the indieREMOTE offers all the features you would expect from a remote control panel, while it measures only 57 x 25 x 153 mm and weights just 250 g. It features also multiple camera control, direct RGB paint access and user-presets.

The unique design of the IndieREMOTE is optimized for easy function access and overview, featuring a daylight readable OLED-Display, Rotary Buttons, real push-buttons for standard navigation and special function buttons for custom presets.

The IndieREMOTE can be powered with 3 x AAA batteries 1.5 V or via the built-in USB-Socket. Wired and wireless applications are both possible via LEMO connector or when equipped with a wireless antenna module (future upgrade).

Navigation

  • Navigate the menus by pressing the navigation buttons or by pressing the rotary buttons.
  • To access the Color-Menu directly turn the RED or BLUE buttons.
  • Enter a menu item by pressing ENTER / POWER button or the GREEN button.
  • Change values with navigation buttons or by turning the GREEN button.
  • Confirm your selection by pressing ENTER / POWER button or the GREEN button.

Once you switch the remote-control on or when selecting RESCAN CAMERAS in the System Screen you will be prompted this screen. The remote-control is scanning the RS485 port for connected cameras. All cameras that have been found are listed with their IDs. Connection Screen The HOME screen is the main screen of operation. You have full control over the following settings: Home Screen SHUTTER: from 1/25 to 1/16000, auto ISO: from 100 to 1600 FPS: 1080p23.98, 1080p24, 1080p25, 1080p29.97, 1080p30, 1080p50, 1080p59.94, 1080i59.94, 1080p60, 1080pi60 WHITE BALANCE: one shot, 2200K to 6500K, R/G/B gain, auto GENLOCK: Off/slave/master, offset, termination IMAGE FLIP: Flip the image horizontal, vertical or horizontal and vertical LUT: REC 709, Low Con, Interpolate HUE: adjust from 89 to -90 degrees SATURATION: set in 8 steps from 1.992 to 0.000 BRIGHTNESS: set in 8 steps from 0.992 to -1.000 CONTRAST: set in 8 steps from 1.992 to 0.000 CONNECT CAM: Select CAM, auto detect, set baudrate, set ID of CAM SAVE/LOAD: auto save on, auto save off, save settings, load preset
